Sometimes {{L|Category|Equipment}} with additional {{L|Category|Properties}} are available for purchase at {{GM}} discretion. These typically multiply that type of equipment's base price by some amount as listed below. Although a piece of {{L|Category|Equipment}} may ''technically'' have some calculated price, it is not necessarily actually available for purchase at a given location or at its nominal price. For instance, {{L|Property|Morganti}} or {{L|Property|Dirtydark}} {{L|Category|Equipment|items}} are not freely floating on the open market. You may have to find some seedy black market seller to acquire such goods. And rare materials such as {{L|Property|Mithril}} or {{L|Property|Spiga Silk}} may only be available from certain specialty dealers.
