Requirements:Target is tier 0, not magic, and is not a weapon.

Target item is enchanted to be magelore and grant a conjured ray spell that you know. Except, the spell is gifted and must be invoked for. The enchanted item is tier 1. If the item is shattered, this enchantment fades.

Heightened:For each additional MP spent, the duration of this effect increases by 1 hour.
