You create a cluster of magical energy to cast with. You may immediately cast one of the following. Which one you cast is determined randomly. You must specify everything you can about your casting prior to doing so. This includes your targets, any heightening, and so on. You are not proficient with this casting.
Note: Even though you are doing this "immediately", all normal active and reactive requirements still apply.
