Target weapon is enchanted to deal magic damage and grant a conjured ray spell that you know. Except, the spell has the AV0 weapon delivery instead, is gifted, and can only be delivered with the enchanted weapon. The enchanted weapon is tier 1. If the weapon is shattered, this enchantment fades.
