Target is set on fire or is put out. If the target is on fire, it is considered to be flaming. Your hand counts as a torch for the purpose of this spell. When on fire, your hand produces no smoke and is not harmed by the fire coming off of it.

Heightened:For each additional MP spent, the duration of this effect increases by 1 hour.
