Either start or continue some slow ability that has an Execution Time that's well defined in one of the following units.
- Seconds
- Minutes
- Hours
- Days
- Weeks
- Months
- Years
Note: If you do not use Sustain at least once per turn, then the slow ability fizzles. You will have to restart it.
