Requirements:Target is a missile attack spell.

On fail:The attack's effect applies.On success:The spell does not hit its original target. Instead, you may pick a new target within 30 feet of you and make an attack roll without proficiency against it. This is AV0 or UB if the original spell was.If proficient:Add P to your attack roll.If fluent:Add F to your attack roll (instead of P).
