If a creature takes wither, then they age a number of years equal to the amount of wither that they took. This aging is relative to a 100 year lifespan, regardless of how long the creature's lifespan would naturally be. So, if a creature with a 500 year lifespan takes 1 wither, that is the equivalent to having aged 5 years. Even creatures with an Infinite Lifespan can wither like anyone else. This results in physical stain on their body equivalent to if a creature with a 100 year lifespan had aged that many years.
