On success: The spell does not hit its original target. Instead, you may pick a new target within 30 feet of you and make an attack roll without proficiency against it. This is AV0 or UB if the original spell was. If proficient: Add P to your attack roll. If fluent: Add F to your attack roll (instead of P).
