Abilities with the cone delivery source are ones that could affect every target within some specified radius, originating from the executor. Rather than extending uniformly from the executor like an aura, these spread in a 60 degree arc centered along a direction of executor's choice. Any targeted creatures that are at least partially within the area are affected. Any targeted items bared by creatures at least partially within the area are affected as well. Unless specifically noted by the ability, the executor is not affected.
