Heightened: For each additional MP spent, the duration of this effect increases by 24 hours. The overall duration is rounded to the nearest 24 hours. If proficient: Items are instead repaired if they were shattered within the past 10 × P minutes. If fluent: Items are instead repaired if they were shattered within the past 10 × F minutes.
